Pet Refuge Dog Foster Care Application

Thank you for your interest in fostering for Pet Refuge. We have many dogs, cats, puppies and kittens on our waiting list that we can not help until we get enough foster homes. Pet Refuge will pay all medical costs as well as provide food and litter for your foster pet until it gets adopted. In exchange we ask that you keep the animal in your home until it gets adopted, bring it to adoption events at least twice a month (more frequently when possible). If you're fostering a puppy we ask that you work on housebreaking and training the puppy. The application below may seem pretty long and intensive, but that's because we try and do a thorough job of screening everyone to match you up with the best foster for your home. If you'd prefer you may apply in person at Pet Refuge. Thank you again for your interest in fostering!
