Chrissy is a gentle, sweet girl with a little handicap. She was dropped off at the Humane Society with a head injury of unknown origin, and as a result she hangs her head to one side and is occasionally a little off balance. We can only guess what accident or abuse caused her injury, but despite this, she has amazingly kept her trust in people, and remains an affectionate, brave little girl. Her strength through crisis and difficulty is truly inspiring, and her friendly demeanor will melt anyone’s heart.
UPDATE: Chrissy has made amazing progress in the few months she has been with us. As you can tell from the pictures, she doesn’t even look like the same cat anymore. She has gained some much needed weight and she even likes to follow her favorite volunteers around. Quite different from a few months ago when she was hardly able to lift her head.
